MESSAGE ON CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON OUR UPCOMING WORKSHOPS
Given the current state of the country related to the COVID-19 coronavirus, we have decided it's in everyone's best interest to CANCEL all of our workshops through the end of June. We believe that in the best interest of public safety, we should not hold an event that would bring a large group of people together from around the region and then return back to their respective areas. Based on guidance from national health experts, it is evident that community spread is a major concern and we all must do what we can to mitigate the spread. Although we are reluctant to make this decision, we believe it's the right path to take in order to minimize risk to all parties involved.
The following workshops have been CANCELLED:
If you’ve already paid your registration to attend any of these workshops, we are in the process of issuing refunds. We've contacted all registrants individually via email to inform them of the cancellation decision but please don't hesitate to contact us at billing@leavingthevillage.com if you have any questions or concerns.
At the end of the day, safety is everyone's number one priority at this time, so we hope each of you understand our decision to cancel these workshops. We apologize if this causes an inconvenience to anyone and we look forward to eventually working with you in the very near future.
Sincerely,
Kelvin Oliver
