Availability Calendar

This calendar shows available dates for onsite training sessions. Before you book, make sure the rates on the Training Rates & Fees page work for your budget. If they do, find a date that works for your school or district and schedule a Training Inquiry Meeting.


Available training days are Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday. Wednesdays are reserved for travel. Exceptions can be made for schools requesting three or more consecutive training days.

HOW TO BOOK

  • Step 1 — Submit an Implementation Planning Meeting Request form.
  • Step 2 — After your call, email Kelvin which date(s) you'd like to book.
  • Step 3 — Complete the Training Contract Request Form he sends you. Once your submission is received, a tentative hold is placed once availability is confirmed.

TRAINING CONTRACT

Leaving The Village LLC operates solely under its own contract and does not sign contracts provided by clients.

Contracts are sent via DocuSign on Mondays.

Both parties must sign within two weeks or the hold is released.
