This calculator helps schools and districts understand potential costs based on:

 • Number of participants

 • Length of training

 • Training format


The estimate provided is preliminary. Once we confirm your goals, schedule, and logistics, we will provide a formal proposal and contract with finalized pricing. 

This tool is designed to help you plan confidently and determine the best training structure for your staff. 

We offer flexible one-day and two-day training blocks. Details are outlined below.

How Training Blocks Work

Our training model is built to maximize impact while remaining cost-effective for schools and districts.

One-Day Training
Best for large-group professional development
  • Base rate: $10,000
  • Includes up to 100 participants
  • Travel and lodging not included


Two-Day Training
Allows for deeper implementation and coaching
  • Base rate: $5,000 per day
  • Includes up to 50 participants per day
  • Travel and lodging not included


Additional Participants
If you have more than 50 participants per day:
  • $2,500 per additional 25 participants


Participant Guidelines
  • One-day sessions require a minimum of 100 contracted participants
  • Two-day sessions allow for smaller groups (50 or fewer per day)
  • If training is split across two days, participant limits apply separately to each day
