Our Estimated Training Cost Calculator form provides a quick and easy way to gauge the potential costs of scheduling a training session with us. This tool helps you explore different training options and gain a preliminary understanding of the likely cost. The figures generated by this form are only estimates. After we have more details, we can provide the official cost of your training session in a formal training contract. We encourage you to use this calculator to plan, but please remember that the official contract will reflect your training costs, exact terms, and scope.

We offer two-day training blocks that allow clients to choose between one-day and two-day training. To the right the a breakdown of how training blocks work.

How Training Blocks Work

If a client decides they only want a one-day training session, they have to commit to paying for up to 100 participants. If a client wants both days, they can have 50 or fewer participants each day. 

  • One-Day Training Rate - The base training rate for a one-day training session is $10,000, which requires a minimum of 100 contracted participants (excluding travel accommodations).


  • Two-Day Training Rate - The base training rate for a two-day training session is $5,000 per day, which requires a minimum of 50 contracted participants (excluding travel accommodations).

  • Additional Attendees Rate - Any participants beyond 50 will incur a charge of $2,500 for each additional 25 participants.
