We'll look at where your current approach is breaking down and whether our approach is a realistic fit for your setting. We're not selling you on a program. We want to have an honest conversation about what's actually going on in your building and what a real solution looks like.

Kelvin spent a decade as a teacher, math specialist, district curriculum specialist, assistant principal, and building principal. Since 2017, he has worked with schools and districts nationwide to build discipline systems that stick and give staff practical, proven strategies that get real results.
