These engagements are built for whole districts, regional organizations, and conferences, priced by the scope and design of the event rather than the number of people in the room. Each is a distinct kind of engagement: a district-wide event, a multi-district training, or a conference keynote. Travel is quoted separately.

On-Site Implementation Strategy Session
A full day of on-site advisory work with your leadership team: diagnosing your current behavior systems, working through implementation challenges, and building solutions specific to your school or district. Priced as a full day of engagement. Travel quoted separately.

Travel Rates & Fees
Travel is quoted as a single flat fee, listed as a separate line item on Schedule A of your contract. You know the full investment before you sign. No reimbursements, no receipts, no post event billing.
The fee is calculated by distance from Washington, DC and covers the full trip: airfare or mileage, lodging, meals, ground transportation, and parking.

- Rural destinations may require one or more additional travel days when the venue is far from a major airport or flight schedules don't allow same-day arrival or departure. Each additional travel day is $750, quoted in advance as part of your travel fee. You'll see the full travel total before you sign. Nothing will be added after contract is in place.
- Reasons an additional travel day may apply include a venue more than 30 miles from a major airport, no available evening flights back to Washington, DC, or high risk of weather delays between November and April.
Virtual Advisory Session
A focused advisory session for district leaders seeking guidance on implementation, systems design, troubleshooting, or strategic decision-making. Discussion is driven by your district's specific needs rather than a structured training agenda.

Private Virtual Cohort
A closed cohort delivered to your staff. Not open enrollment. Your building or district buys the room, so the sessions and the Q&A are built around your staff and your situations.
This is the virtual alternative to our on-site Two-Day Training: the same staff-wide implementation launch, delivered remotely, without travel cost.
Priced as a flat engagement by staff size, not per person.

Fully Live
Three live sessions plus one live implementation Q&A. We teach your staff live through every session.
Live + Courses
One live session plus two implementation courses plus one live Q&A. The courses carry part of the teaching, so your staff works through them on their own schedule while our live time anchors the launch and catches problems before they set in.
Staff
Which option fits your staff?
Choose Fully Live if you want us teaching your staff directly through every session. Choose Live plus Courses if you want your staff to absorb part of the training on their own schedule and you want to reserve our live time for the launch and for solving real problems.
Both options deliver the same private implementation launch. They differ in how the teaching is delivered, not in what your staff walks away able to do.
HOW TO BOOK
- Step 1 — Submit an Implementation Planning Meeting Request form.
- Step 2 — After your call, email Kelvin which date(s) you'd like to book.
- Step 3 — Complete the Training Contract Request Form he sends you. Once your submission is received, a tentative hold is placed once availability is confirmed.
TRAINING CONTRACT
Both parties must sign within two weeks or the hold is released.
